President & CEO
Lori Escalante is a native of Southern Arizona and a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Accounting. She is a positive role model from the relatively rare female perspective in the construction industry, a visionary leader that builds long term relationships with clients, team members and vendors within Escalante Concrete Construction and in the community.

Matthew Dickens leads the Escalante team with outstanding technical abilities resulting in expert planning and execution of your project. Matt’s professional experience together with his
proactive analysis of the project specifications, scope and field conditions, result in consistently higher value and quality performance for our clients.

With over 35 years’ experience in professional concrete placement, Benny Lopez brings together outstanding organizational and leadership skills with the artistic instincts of a craftsman. Benny is the Quality Leader within Escalante, the professional source of the best practices our team uses to produce higher quality results for our clients.

ORNALDO TARAZON
Senior Project Manager
Ornaldo began his career in construction in 2011 as a Laborer for Escalante Concrete. Throughout his tenure, he has continually been a force for quality within every position he has held. His desire to work together to achieve quality as a team established him as an Escalante Leader almost immediately. Born in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, Ornaldo infuses every project and the entire company with his outstanding skill, dedication and attitude for quality and service.

Project Manager
As a significant contributor to outstanding customer service since 2009, Daniel brings his years of experience and heartfelt commitment to the company in the role of Project Manager. Daniel takes great pride in capable, organized and proactive management of his projects and delivering value to our clients.
Julie Lopez
Human Resources Manager
Julie Lopez joined Escalante in 2015 and has grown into an approachable, professional Human Resource Manager that is one of the superpowers of the company! Julie leads the human resources team with kindness and compassion while maintaining high standards of excellence for field and administrative team members, internal processes and communication.
Jose Cruz
Project Manager
Jose joined the Escalante Team in 2016 and brought great communication, organization and leadership skills to the position of Team Leader. As Project Manager at Escalante, he now brings a deep commitment to the company and to performing above the expectations of our clients while building the trust of our clients that we will complete their project right the first time – and on time.
ANTHONY SCELIA
CAD Department Lead
A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in English, Anthony joined the Escalante team in 2015. He brings his understanding of form setting, technology, and quality production processes to facilitate clear, concise field quality objectives, including communication of project specifications.

Controller
Sandra Valenzuela leads the Escalante Administrative team, insuring accuracy, completeness, and proactive management of the financial and administrative functions within the company. For more than 25 years, Sandra's commitment to professionalism has resulted in outstanding performance and a positive customer experience for clients'.
