Project Launch is one example of our proactivity system that creates greater understanding internally as well as with the general contractor before the building process even begins. Project Launch begins with an internal meeting between the project leader, scheduler, assigned crew and the estimator to clarify details about the job. Next, the assembled team meets with the builder so goals can be set and all elements of the building process start to finish can be coordinated.
